Try your Drama Queen lashes with confidence.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund.

We understand that you may need to actually try your lashes to know whether they're right for you. You may open and try one pair from your lash set and still qualify for our 30-Day Drama-Free Guarantee.

To remain eligible:

Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
No more than one pair from the set may be used or tried on.
All remaining pairs must be unused and in their original packaging.
You must provide your order information and any additional information reasonably requested to process your claim.
The product must be returned to us if we request a return.

Once your eligible claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Returns

For unopened and unused products, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging unless the return qualifies under our 30-Day Drama-Free Guarantee.

Because eyelashes are personal-use beauty products, we cannot accept returns of products where more than one pair has been worn, tried on, altered, or otherwise used, except where required by applicable law.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Products returned without authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping

For returns based on a change of mind or a claim under our 30-Day Drama-Free Guarantee, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs if we require the product to be returned.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product due to an error on our part, Drama Queen Lashes will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

We reserve the right to determine whether a physical return is required before issuing a refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@dramaqueenlashes.com.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the packaging when relevant

We'll review the issue and work to make it right.

TikTok Shop Orders

Our 30-Day Drama-Free Guarantee also applies to eligible Drama Queen purchases made through TikTok Shop.

However, purchases made through TikTok Shop must have their return or refund request initiated through TikTok Shop and are also subject to TikTok Shop's applicable return, refund, and marketplace procedures.

Where a marketplace's applicable rules or consumer-protection requirements provide additional rights, those requirements will apply.

Refunds

Once your return or guarantee claim has been approved and any required returned merchandise has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

After we issue a refund, your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or marketplace may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible at support@dramaqueenlashes.com.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

If the order has already shipped, the applicable return policy will apply.

Guarantee Abuse & Limitations

Our 30-Day Drama-Free Guarantee is designed to let genuine customers try Drama Queen with confidence.

The guarantee is limited to one satisfaction-guarantee claim per customer or household.

Drama Queen Lashes reserves the right to deny a guarantee claim where reasonably permitted by law in cases involving suspected fraud, repeated refund abuse, materially altered products, substantially used products, multiple used pairs from a set, or other misuse of the guarantee.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
