3. Product Use
Our false eyelashes are intended for external cosmetic use.
Always use products according to the instructions provided and exercise appropriate care when applying, wearing, removing, and storing false eyelashes.
Lash adhesive is not included unless expressly stated otherwise.
If irritation, discomfort, redness, or another adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use.
You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your individual needs and for following the instructions associated with any third-party product, including lash adhesive.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is current, complete, and accurate.
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, to refuse or cancel an order due to circumstances including:

- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraud
- Payment authorization issues
- Order quantity limitations
- Shipping restrictions
- Misuse of promotions or discounts
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Promotions, discount codes, giveaways, bundles, and special offers may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated:

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, and other disruptions.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

8. Returns, Refunds & 30-Day Drama-Free Guarantee
Eligible purchases are protected by our 30-Day Drama-Free Guarantee.
Under the guarantee, you may open and try one pair from an eligible lash set and contact us within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied.
The remaining pairs must be unused and the other eligibility requirements contained in our Return & Refund Policy apply.
The full conditions governing returns, refunds, damaged products, return shipping, and guarantee claims are provided in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. TikTok Shop & Third-Party Marketplace Orders
Drama Queen products may also be offered through third-party marketplaces such as TikTok Shop.
Purchases made through a third-party marketplace may also be governed by that marketplace's terms, payment procedures, return processes, refund procedures, and other applicable policies.
For eligible TikTok Shop purchases, our 30-Day Drama-Free Guarantee applies subject to its terms; however, return and refund requests must be initiated through TikTok Shop where required by the platform.
If an applicable marketplace rule or law provides additional consumer rights, those rights are not limited by these Terms.
10. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once it has entered processing or shipped.
If the order has already shipped, our Return & Refund Policy will apply.
11. Personal Information
Your submission and our handling of personal information through our website are governed by our Privacy Policy.
